Now a day's, living in the 21st century and all, it is absolutely crucial to stay in contact with your existing customers by sending out personal- or bulk mailings. The integrated e-mail client of DSM makes it easy to do so. Infarct, being in possession of your customers date of birth, why not sending out some happy birthday messages. I personally don't know anybody who would dislike a birthday greeting. Returning customers are the biggest value of a Dive Center. A returning customer will have the same id number in DSM. When a diver returns to your resort, you will only have to update he's number of dives, the last dive and maybe the grade if it has changed. Done! |

A Word about Money
And the price? If you wanted this software developed for your dive-resort or dive-shop, it would probably go into 10th of thousands of Euros or Dollars. We wanted to build a software that helps dive resorts and dive centers to concentrate on scuba diving instead of having their staff spending hours in the office. And therefore we made up a price model that will just fit every dive shop.
Your first year license will only cost 439. -- Euro for the whole year. And for every following year we will charge only 139.-- Euro/Year. And that includes all further updates! If you divide the above in 24 month it's 24 Euro a month! and after that only 11.50/month
