Add as much information in the Customer Address fields as possible so you have all information availabe at any time. Adding home page and e-mail addresses will give you clickable links to both. |
Below the address data you'll see the Relationship Fields where you can add related people like friends or relatives to each customer. |
In the Invoice Section of the software are all invoice data stored. Wether it is the hotel invoice itself or sales and/or rentals, from beverages to cars and motorbikes, anything goes. Please refer to INVOICES for more details. |
| Right below the invoice section you can store any Detailed Information and/or agreement you might have about this particular customer. All information are stored with the user name of whom entered the data. |
| The last part of the customer sheet is the Message Center. From this part of the hotel reservation software you can send messages to your CUSTOMERS. The software allows you to create a many TEXT TEMPLATES as you wish for easy mailings. To send messages to multiple customers, please check the NEWSLETTER section. |
