In this section of the hotel reservation software you setup prices and seasons for your hotel / resort.
You
can specify as many resorts or hotels and guest houses as you
like here.
Setup your own business plus any amount of other hotels that you usually work with.
 The top left side is for the General Hotel / Resort Information. |
On the right side you enter the Contact Person to talk to and underneath detailed information or agreements you have with this person. All entry's are electronically signed by the person who is logged in. |
At the lower left side you can enter the different room or Accommodation Categories of this hotel / resort. Each hotel can have up to 10 categories.Within the categories you can add any amount of rooms. This vesion of the hotel reservation software is thought to keep 90 rooms for each hotel. In case your hotel has more than 90 rooms, please contact our support and we will set it up for you. |
On the right side of the screen you see Six Different Seasons of the particular dive resort. The seasons like almost everything else in HotRez ar freely scalable. Adjust the seasons to your needs. |
In
the Hotel / Resorts section of the software you can also see the availability of rooms in each resorts
or hotels.
Check for any period of time by selecting the dates from the pop-up calendar..
For easy overview, the rooms part of the Reservation Software is split up in three parts of 30 roms each.You can add up to 90 rooms in as many resorts, hotels and categories as you wish. |
By clicking on the Rooms Button on the left, a submenu will allow you to enter the room numbers exactly as they are at the present time in your hotel / resort. |
All Reservations will show up in three different colors for reserved, pre-paid and paid. |
The software enables you to make Life-Reservations while communicating with your customer
and send the reservation details by e-mail with the integrated e-mail client or simply by fax right away to your client. Please refer to E-MAIL and TEXT TEMPLATES for further information. |
| With the built in E-Mail Client you easily keep in touch with your CUSTOMERS for mailings or with your vendors for orders and the hotels and resorts you are working with, for your customers reservations. |
